In Baltimore, Lantz has made a lasting impact by founding Baltimore Lacrosse Elite (BLE), a platform dedicated to developing and guiding the next generation of leaders in the sport. His commitment to mentorship and community-building has solidified his role as a key figure in Baltimore lacrosse.
